Chevin Service, Great St Marys Curch, Cambridge
There are two Chevins sermons. Richard Chevin ‘s will of 1589 bequeathed a house to the city on condition that £6 of the income be given to the poor and that two sermons should be preached in his memory before ‘the Mayor and Corporation’ at Candlemas and Michaelmas.

MAGPAS Building Blessing, Alconbury
Faith leaders from across Cambridgeshire gathered at the new Magpas Air Ambulance base to partake in blessing the new building. The religions represented at the event, by 14 different community and faith leaders, were Bahá'í, Buddhist, Catholic, Church of England, Hindu, Islam, Methodist, Orthodox Jewish, Reform Jewish and Sikh.

Order of St George the Martyr, Cambridge

Cambridgeshire Constabulary’s newest recruits were welcomed by the Chief Constable at a passing out ceremony. I was priveledged to be chosen to inspect the new recruits and spoke with each wishing them well on their chosen career.

The Village Hall, Walsoken
A coffee morning is held on Tuesdays at Walsoken Village Hall near Wisbech. On its 2nd anniversary it welcomed Dr Bharatkumar Khetani, the High Sheriff of Cambridgeshire to cut the cake. Dr Bharatkumar Khetani shares the same values as the coffee morning organisers “communities come first”.
